Treatment Options for a rare medical condition
A 41 year old female was diagnosed with a rare disease – a malignant tumor of the heart. Confused about how to proceed with the treatment of their condition, received medication and recommendations for further testing by a medical specialist online medical outcomes.
The patient, a 41 year old female diagnosed with cardiac angiosarcoma. She has no significant medical history except for a slightly enlarged heart (cardiomegaly) since birth, regularly checked and any combination pathological.
The patient reported pain in the pericardial fluid was investigated, but without a definitive diagnosis. The patient is scheduled an appointment at a hospital clinic for further investigation and treatment.
Meanwhile, the patient was hospitalized for suspected pericarditis, following the onset of fever.
The CT scan confirmed a neoplasm affecting the right atrium. He underwent a heart biopsy, which was diagnosed with cardiac angiosarcoma.
The patient was subsequently subject to a law eliminating endoatrial mass and wall reconstruction with autologous pericardium.
The histological slides were sent to a cancer institute, which confirmed the diagnosis of epithelioid angiosarcoma of the type.
PET, bone scan and MRI conducted since then have provided conflicting results on bone and liver metastases.
Doctor Consultation Online – medical conditions: the patient has requested a consultation to an online medical treatment in any and / or additional tests to be performed.
Report and expert advice
Summary: women 41 years of age in good health with chest pains on the left. Hospitalized with fever and the diagnosis of pericarditis. Abdomen, pelvis, chest CT showed an abnormality in the right atrium. Transthorasic ECHO showed a right atrial mass measuring 4. 4×3. 4 cm and adjacent to the side wall. He had a biopsy of the mass of atrial catheterization and pathology revealed angiosarcoma. His right endoatrail resection of the mass with reconstruction with autologous pericardium, and she did well post op. The disease was confirmed as angiosarcoma, type in an establishment of epithelial cancer. PET-CT showed increased uptake in the residual right heart (which may reflect the recent surgery or residual sarcoma), with increased uptake in Q4, and the nearby river right to represent the thinking of the acetabulum bone involvement, and a particular area of increased activity in the posterior edge of liver segment seconds. CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis in the chest had no abnormalities apart from the mass atium. I have not seen a report of a bone scan or MRI of the spine in the records and images on the CD. The margins were not observed in the road report.
Print
Angiosarcoma arising in the right atrium, grossly resected, morphology appears to be high grade. Staging showed the possible involvement of metastatic PET in D4 area and right acetabulum, and possibly a small fire in the liver (c CT with / p / Mets will not reveal any obvious) absorption in the right heart (probably physiological post-op).
Treatment Options
Sarcoma of the heart between the heart angiosarcoma is a rare tumor. Surgical resection may be possible, but there is a high probability of hematogenous spread from a distance. There is no standard treatment approach, because the small number of cases. Our approach was to treat with adjuvant chemotherapy in patients without obvious distant disease. Ifosphamide Adriamycin was used for 6 cycles and if the ejection fraction is appropriate. We do not use radiation to the heart. If ejection fraction is low, then the choice of drug changes Ifosphamide and VP-16. Angiosarcomas may have a good response to treatment with Taxol and Taxol is reasonable. Taxol given weekly was used to address metastatic angiosarcoma are successful, but have not had a cardiac sarcoma subtype was angiosarcoma.
If the patient has the disease spread so the prognosis is very serious and treatment is palliative, but should include the same drugs: Taxol, adriamycin and Ifosphamide; Ifosphamide and VP-16. Other possibilities that may have some activities are Gemzar with Taxotere, and ET-743 is still experimental in the United States but is available in a compassionate manner. If not done, a bone scan and an MRI of the spine and pelvis can help you determine if the patient has distant metastases, but may still remain ambiguous. Treatment for 3 cycles followed by restaging may be useful to determine the extent of the disease.

It also deals with environmental toxins and lifestyle issues that can deplete the body and cause accelerated aging. The Center for the optimal health of your target is based on the uniqueness of the patient, rather than a focus on the disease. Every patient is unique in its complex, interlocking set of features that set the stage for a disease or influence the management and maintenance of health. Anti-Aging Specialists understand the importance of balancing hormones and neurotransmitters and the use of bio-identical hormones and natural products, if necessary to correct any imbalance. The old HRT (HRT) is obsolete as bioidentical hormones are far safer and more effectively used as the molecules have exactly the same hormones found in the body of an individual. Medical Doctor Richard Dicenso Discusses Whole Person Therapy

Monday, May 17th, 2010

This interview is an excerpt from Kevin Gianni, the healthy years of life, which can be found at http://thehealthiestyearofyour life. com. In this excerpt, Richard DiCenso shares on the unique profile of the evaluation matrix. The Year of Your Healthy Life with Richard DiCenso, a leading authority on whole person therapy and the author to explore a new way of thinking. Kevin: Well, why not tell us a little about you and what can be called a doctor to find this book as well as medicine, there was something more out there than we think. Richard: Well, part of my frustration in my training, because I left the discipline to discipline for a period of years and has included everything from medicine to acupuncture to rehabilitate injuries chiropractic forensics, biochemistry and human nutrition and what I found is that each discipline was that there was a formula for an approach to the recipe and when I look at people with symptoms and looking at the various disciplines that I discovered that each discipline has its own approach for the same symptoms, but none of subjects tried to identify the cause of symptoms, and when I stepped back from all disciplines and began to watch what is that all these symptoms have in common and, ultimately, in its simplest form, I discovered that all symptoms are only the symptoms, which are only the net result of an imbalance or abnormalities that progress over a period of time for symptoms and at worst a diagnosable thieves. Kevin: So, for example, fibromyalgia is a symptom of – Richard: Some imbalance or deficiency. It may be a different one for each person. This is an interesting part of it, because if I had a simple cause-effect, we already had and would not have a cure. Kevin: Okay. Richard: It s a name for a group of symptoms that some people are experiencing. They come in complaining of the same, so it boils down to being diagnosed. If it is, I think, is 18 points in the career of the various parts of the body, then was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, which means what? Kevin: I do not know. Richard: Right and that’s what I’m saying is that much of medicine is carried out, is that they are saying what they are saying to them, using a different word. Kevin: Do you. Richard: So my elbow hurts and so if you have arthritis. You have tendinitis. You have rheumatoid arthritis or degenerative. She has everything, but basically we will use a word that means what you’re saying without actually describing what caused what you are experiencing and then, if you can not identify a cause, can not affect care. Kevin: So it’s a little ‘how to make words. Richard: It’ s a bit of how to make words. It is very similar to what pharmaceutical companies with advertising agencies in New York. One of my clients is a large advertising agency in New York and 20% of its business is from pharmaceutical companies and their task is to find a name for a medication that relieves the groups have found that some of the symptoms and then at a meeting of brainstorming for a few days and come with something that is catchy and can have an acronym associated with it that leaves the language that people can remember and practice is that we need a new pill and a disease that go with it. Kevin : Wow. So how to return to a true sign of imbalance? Richard: This is a great point and I am a simple boy eventually. So I had to come up with a simple process that I could understand and communicate in a so people I’m working could become proactive in the process, instead of looking to me for response and the kind of help me find the answer. So the answer to your question in a sentence always begins where found. So that’s the beauty of the assessment profile of the matrix, which is a protocol that I developed over a period of years on the basis of reports produced by NASA to monitor the health of the Apollo astronauts and profile evaluation of the matrix means that we are evaluating the matrix. Now, I do not want the same things with words here that these doctors are doing with these diagnoses. So there’s a method to the madness and there is a reason behind this name. For Therefore, an evaluation of the matrix means that we are seeing not only the symptoms you are describing to me. We are studying the possible causes of this symptom or group of symptoms in human biochemistry matrix, which consists of structure and a cycle of emotional or virtual field that interacts all 24 / 7 to produce the experience we have in life and then the matrix profile evaluation is an assessment of all the kingdoms. What do you do for a living? What kind of stress you are experiencing? What do you eat? What percentage of your diet is raw? How often do you eat? How much water do you drink? Do you take supplements, how much sleep you get and what type of beliefs is spiritual? These are all things that interact to produce the same symptoms as part of the human matrix. Kevin: This is the matrix of all the different things around you. I have a question. It is the matrix out of yourself within you, or a combination of all this? Richard: It ’s very similar to the concept of zero point energy. Y “creativity and life force to keep contributing to the expression of all that exists and maintains all in existence. So the answer is that it is inside and out. Kevin: Okay. This is fine. Now, you saw his time on several factors that contribute to physical symptoms. Richard: Yes Kevin: What are some of those? I know some of them are listed in his book. You can only run on one or two or three of them? Richard: If you’re in a traffic accident occurs and the physical pain, then the cause-effect relationship is relatively simple, although the reason for the accident can not be simple to understand, but here I go again. This is part of another kingdom, but then you experience physical symptoms and especially if you do not know why you’re experiencing, then that is where we start with the analysis, is where the symptoms. So I’m experiencing physical pain. Look at the physical structure. Can be associated with repetitive movements, prolonged stress positional. It may be associated with nutritional deficiency, or may be involved in some sort of loop or emotional imbalance or inconsistency that is expressed as a physical symptom. For example, a child who does not want to go to school because she’s being bullied is a terrible stomach ache and go to a doctor and can not find anything, but put to rest in bed and becomes a recurring experience, a physical experience, and then eventually identified and treated, will lead to other forms of behavior and other physical experiences and things are only going to be insoluble, because you are looking in the wrong place for the origin of physical pain or discomfort or symptoms. Kevin: Wow. This is an incredible explanation of how everything works. How does this, however, with modern medicine or traditional? Richard: Well, again, always discard the obvious. So most people who come to me and have gone through all the conventional techniques, and there are two ways to use conventional medicine at this time to try to determine what is causing the symptoms. One is to have done the test because I do not want to miss anything obvious, like a virus or irritable bowel syndrome or irritable bowel syndrome or celiac spruce. Some of organ dysfunction that can produce similar functions, does not want to lose those. Once you have had the test done and his subsequent refusal, which is the process to examine the evidence and see if they are back to normal, there are elements within these results that the normal ups and downs are normal, because these as powerful a tool in determining a development model of an imbalance in the process of developing a deficiency in the development process, searching high and low in chemicals and related so if there is, then use that as the initial tool to start the normalization of biochemistry. If this is so, then the next step in the process and let me see The Matrix. Let me see the relationship between child and parents. I like to talk to a child. I have a few questions that seem very explicit to the child I’m having a dialogue, but in fact intended to elicit responses that would be compatible with an imbalance in the emotional sphere, so that you can apply a treatment or me or recommend a course of treatment a child psychologist or someone who might be more skilled in one or more of the areas that are not. So my function is not necessarily solve the problem of the symptoms, but to solve the problem, which can involve other people I need to interact with professionalism. Kevin: Have you found that nutritional deficiencies can cause emotional behavior and emotional reactions? Richard: About 80% of emotional symptoms that have a nutritional basis. Kevin: Wow. Richard: So is enormous. Kevin: When nutritional deficiencies are therefore intended to go? Richard: Yes, because once again you are dealing with a symptom that seems to be emotional when it comes to pharmaceuticals, which deal with treatment and there is nothing better and miss the obvious, which is a nutritional imbalance or deficiency, then it is not good. Kevin: Wow. Richard: So you think that way, Kevin. One of the issues we have in this country is that the soil is depleted of vital nutrients. The Senate last document I saw said there were only three minerals in the soil left in this country and so if food is not on earth, not food, and if not food, are not diet. If not in the diet, not the body and the body is designed to operate on the basis of all these nutrients. So it’s a problem of supply and demand. If the demands are the lungs and keep pumping oxygen is supplied to the cells and the bowels move and the heart pumps blood and all other systems are working as intended and there are not enough raw materials in turn, the body must begin to affect the function and give priority to the use of raw materials that are available, then we create a “chain of events in a period of time based on a law of accumulation, which means that if something is done repeatedly over a period of time, there will be a reaction, as there is a sufficient supply to meet demand this feature. Kevin: It seems so logical. Richard: It is.
